Shipping & Delivery Information

Team Store Dates

Our apparel shop is open from 23rd June to 7th July 2025 only.
All orders must be placed during this time. Once the store closes, we’ll place the final order with our supplier. No late orders can be accepted.

Made-to-Order Process

All pieces are made to order by Cupcake Cartel Apparel and sent to production after the order window closes. We do not hold stock.

Production & Delivery Timeline

• Production begins: 8 July 2025

• Estimated production time: 10 weeks

• Estimated delivery: 10–12 weeks after the store closes

• Orders will be shipped from Singapore

• You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on the way

Flat Rate Shipping by Region

We offer flat-rate tracked shipping from Singapore, based on your location:

Region - Shipping Cost (SGD)

🇸🇬 Singapore - $5

🌏 Southeast Asia (MY, ID, PH, TH) - $10

🇦🇺 Australia / 🇳🇿 New Zealand - $15

🇬🇧 UK / 🇪🇺 Europe - $18

🇺🇸 US / 🇨🇦 Canada - $20

🌍 Rest of World - $25

• All sales are final – we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

• Shipping is tracked. Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
