Kimberly came to me with what she calls "perimenopause pooch out of nowhere." Every coach, every friend, every article telling her hormones were destiny and there was nothing she could do.
We rebuilt the nutrition to support her perimenopause chapter, not work against it. Got processed foods out of the picture. Adjusted the training to fit a peri-aware body. Her last period came with zero cramps. The symptoms she'd been told to just push through started easing.
